Does it replace WhatsApp?
No. Your website explains the business; WhatsApp starts the conversation. This starter service does not include online payments or an online shop.

I don’t have a website. Where do I start?+
Send me a WhatsApp message with your business name, what you offer and any existing photos or social page. We’ll work out what your first website should include.
What do I need to provide?+
Your final text, logo if you have one, photos you can use, business details and product information. You approve the facts and content before publication. Writing, photography and translation aren’t included.
How long will it take?+
The target is within one week after the deposit, subject to the agreed scope and available production slot. Missing content or delayed approvals pauses the schedule. We confirm your dates before starting.
Can I update my website later?+
Yes. Send small changes to me through WhatsApp. Monthly maintenance includes up to 30 minutes of simple content edits. Larger changes are quoted separately. A self-editing dashboard is not included.
What about hosting and a domain name?+
We use a suitable low-cost or free static hosting option where possible. The quote explains what hosting and any domain costs are included, who owns the accounts and what renewals cost. A custom domain is optional.
Will my website bring in more sales?+
The aim is to make your business easier to understand and contact. Sales also depend on demand, traffic, your offer and your follow-through, so I don’t guarantee sales, enquiries or search rankings.
